You can offer support from wherever you are - at home or in college!
If you are at college, then please visit your Learning Centre. There will always be a helpful and friendly member of the AskLRC team to assist you with your query.
If you are at home or away from college, we also offer remote support! Please try searching this help centre for tips and guidance. If you can't find what you're looking for then please submit a help ticket or email us at: asklrc@stcg.ac.uk
We will then respond to you through email when there is an update with your request.
Your Learning Centre is here to support your learning. We offer IT support and can help you with your college systems (Moodle, Outlook, Teams, Office 365 etc).
We can also help you find information for your assignments. This includes helping you find relevant resources (books + eBooks)
We're also here to help you with using your Learning Centre (printing, using the computers etc)!

This answer depends on the college you are studying at.
At Kingston and South Thames, please feel free to sit down on any of the PCs free and start logging in.
At Carshalton, you will need to go to the help desk and book a PC (you can also do this online too with Netloan, our computer booking system)
If you are unsure of your password, or would like to change your password, AskLRC are here to help!

When choosing a new password, there are certain security requirements your password need to meet.
Your password must be 10 characters with a capital letter and have at least one number.
Your password cannot include your name (first or surname), ID number or date of birth.
Please also avoid common words like "password", "butterfly" etc as this will not work.
A good example is something that people would not be able to easily guess.
